What I do
From digital transformation to AI transformation.
Twenty years of international experience across the US, Denmark, and China — working with global brands including LEGO, SOLAR, HP, Siemens, Sony, Pepsi, Starbucks, Google, Hyatt, and Bentley. My focus today is on the next wave of transformation: Data and traditional/generative AI as a core capability inside Nordic and EU enterprises, embedded in platforms, products, and ways of working.
- AI & digital transformation strategy for boards and executive teams — turning AI ambition into a sequenced, defensible plan that comply to the EU AI Act and survive the first real failure.
- Enterprise platform modernisation — multi-tenant platforms for identity, consent, AI-driven content moderation, UGC engagement, and analytics that power consumer experiences at global scale.
- AI-powered consumer products — mobile and web experiences with AI-driven user interface, enriched by multi-modal content outputs, designed to continously bring innovative experiences to consumers.
- Transformational leadership — building high-performing, cross-cultural engineering and product organisations across Denmark, Romania, and partner ecosystems.
